WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for certain distance contracts. The start depends on the contract type.

Withdrawal can be communicated clearly by email to support@seisworks.com. The form is optional.

For physical goods, statutory return rules apply. Personalised goods may be subject to statutory exceptions.

For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the withdrawal right ceases once performance has begun where the consumer gave prior express consent to begin during the withdrawal period, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and SEIS WORKS provided the legally required contract confirmation.

For services, the right may cease after full performance where the consumer expressly requested commencement during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right where required.

No voluntary money-back guarantee is offered. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
